WHAT WE DO
ASCENT helps multicultural women prepare for and build careers in corporations, and we help our corporate partners identify, attract, and advance these women throughout their organizations. We accomplish these twin missions through integrated, progressive programs for:
- Finding talent Helping our corporate partners identify and recruit multicultural women at all managerial levels
- Building talent Leadership development programs for women at every career stage, including women with potential for board membership
- Advancing talent Guiding our corporate partners as they support and develop their diverse talent resource
- Creating knowledge In-depth, actionable research on workplace and career issues
- Consulting Individualized research, guidance, and educational programs to meet unique objectives of our partners
